PreQualifyHow brokers use it

Put PreQualify where PEO cost questions already begin.

Cost pages, referral links, campaign pages, and renewal conversations can route a prospect into the broker-branded assessment. PreQualify gives the prospect a financial answer and returns useful context to the broker.

Assessment scope

We do not quote, and nobody can before underwriting. The rates shown came from the broker's PEO. Underwriting sets the rating three to four business days after the health questionnaires. The insurer can also decline to offer coverage at all, which is separate from price.

The figure covers medical premium, the administration fee, and the tax math. Workers' compensation, dental, vision, and retirement stay with the broker's formal review.
