Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
The short version
PEO Tools does not sell your personal information for money. PEO Tools also does not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising, as those terms are used under applicable U.S. state privacy laws. So there is nothing to opt out of today. We are giving you the request mechanism anyway, because it is your right, and because we would rather you be able to exercise it than take our word for it.
Your right to opt out
Residents of California and certain other states may have the right to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information, including for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices ever change, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy before or when the change takes effect.

Use the form below to record a do-not-sell or do-not-share request, tie it to information you previously gave us, or submit a related privacy request. The request goes to a real person. Nothing here adds you to a sales list.
We will review and process it within the time required by applicable law.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)
We recognize and honor qualifying Global Privacy Control browser signals where applicable law requires it. If your browser sends a recognized GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for any sale or sharing activity that would otherwise be subject to an opt-out right.
Authorized agents and non-discrimination
If you are an authorized agent submitting a request for another person, note that in the form; we may require proof of authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
