Why we exist.
PreQualify runs a prospect's own numbers against real federal and state tax law and your actual rate card, then hands back a straight answer before the phone call. Nothing else on the market does that. We built it because the answer, given first, is what turns a visitor into a lead.
Not a form asking for their information before they've gotten anything back. A real number, specific to them, worth stopping for. Curiosity gets someone to enter their numbers. The number they see is what makes them worth calling.
We build the engine. You keep the relationship, the rate cards, and the lead.
The standard we build to.
Every page we ship has to help the visitor decide three things. Am I a fit? What happens next? Why should I trust this broker? Anything that doesn't help them decide is bloat, and we don't build bloat. That rule applies to this website too.
Nick Angeli, founder.
I've lived the problem this platform solves. As a small business owner paying for my own health coverage, the PEO structure was the only realistic way to get the group rates and tax treatment a Fortune 500 company takes for granted.
I'm not neutral on this. I believe in it because it worked for me.
The rate was only part of the case. A PEO can also help shoulder the compliance work, reduce the exposure around hiring and firing, and make renewals more predictable. Those are real operating differences for an owner, not features to bury in a proposal.
I built PEO Tools so brokers can put that case in front of owners with real numbers before the phone call. The prospect gets an answer they can inspect. The broker gets a conversation with someone who has already seen why the structure may fit.
The difference a PEO can make should not depend on whether an owner is willing to sit through a pitch first. It should be visible in the owner's own numbers. That is the difference every broker should be able to prove.
